Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Corello Inc. (“Corello”, “we”, “our”). They apply whenever you use Corello — the app at corello.tech, its APIs, and anything we build on top of them. By creating an account or accepting an invitation to a workspace, you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use the service.

If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company. In that case “you” means both you and the company.

What Corello is

Corello is a Manufacturing Intelligence platform. You connect your company’s documents, spreadsheets, records, and business systems; Corello extracts the entities and relationships that live inside them and lets you ask questions across the whole thing in plain language.

Every question is answered from your connected knowledge. Corello does not invent company facts and names the source it used for every answer.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at contact@corello.ai as soon as you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Corello, and you must provide accurate information when you sign up.

Workspaces and roles

Corello is organized around workspaces. A workspace has one owner, may have administrators, and may have viewers. Roles carry different permissions — owners can rename or delete the workspace and remove members; administrators can invite people and add data; viewers can only read.

The workspace owner is responsible for the data that’s connected to their workspace, and for who they invite into it.

Your data stays yours

You own the content you connect to Corello. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely so we can provide the service to you.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except the small set of vendors who help us run the service, each bound by appropriate confidentiality and security agreements.

Details of how we handle personal data are in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party connections

Corello lets you connect third-party systems such as HubSpot, Gmail, and QuickBooks. When you do, you authorize us to access those systems on your behalf, subject to the scopes you approved. You’re responsible for having the right to connect the account you connect.

The credentials you paste are encrypted before storage and are visible only to you — not to your teammates, and not to Corello’s administrators.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Corello for anything illegal, or to violate anyone’s rights;
  • upload content you don’t have the right to share;
  • attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • use the service to build a competing product, or to train a competing model on our output;
  • use it to make decisions that require professional advice — tax, legal, medical, or otherwise — without a qualified professional in the loop.

AI outputs

Corello’s answers are generated by a language model reading your connected data. They can contain errors, and they’re not a substitute for professional judgment or verification against the source. You’re responsible for how you act on them.

Fees

We’ll tell you the price of any paid plan before you subscribe to it. Fees are due in the currency and cadence agreed at signup. Unless required by law, fees paid are non-refundable once the period they cover has begun.

Termination

You can stop using Corello and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if we’re required to by law, or if we discontinue the service.

On termination we’ll remove your content from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups that may take longer to age out. Ask us at contact@corello.ai if you need confirmation.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Corello won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these terms or the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (i) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) US$100.

Indemnity

You’ll defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your violation of these terms, from your content, or from your misuse of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and where appropriate we’ll notify you directly. Continuing to use Corello after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
