Privacy Policy

Corello, Inc. (“Corello”, “we”, “us”) builds Manufacturing Intelligence software. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. Your name, work email, organization name, and password credentials, provided when you create an account.

Content you connect. Documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and records you upload or connect — together with the entities and relationships extracted from them to build your Manufacturing Brain.

Usage data. Log and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and maintain the service, extract knowledge from the sources you connect, answer your questions through our AI assistant, secure accounts, and communicate with you about the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded content to train third-party foundation models.

To extract entities and answer questions, relevant excerpts of your content may be sent to third-party model providers acting as our processors. These providers are contractually restricted to processing the data solely to return a result to you.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the service, including cloud hosting, database and file storage, AI model providers, and product analytics. Each is bound by agreements requiring appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

Product analytics. We use Mixpanel to understand how the application is used — pages viewed, features opened, and similar interaction events. We do not send the content of your documents to Mixpanel, and we do not record your screen.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your organization’s data is restricted to members of that organization and enforced at the database layer through row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a source or close your account, we remove the associated content and derived entities from production systems, subject to a short period during which residual copies may persist in encrypted backups.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Corello is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you directly.
